About 2 months ago I weighed 172 lbs. Now, after all that time of cutting out grains, I weighed in at 145 lbs!!!
Did I work out constantly? HARDLY! The most I did was take the dogs for a walk or kayak once. I can only imagine how much more amazing the results would have been if I had worked out consistently!
